I had my Ford Fusion Titanium within a week and I was approved by a Class 7 ,had great insurance and he did the registration I can say everything was done by him and I recommend this dealership and I think it’s the best

My husband and I just purchased a vehicle from Fayez at Royalty Motors. From the first point of contact through Marketplace, Fayez answered my million and one questions at all hours of the day. He was very open and honest with us. He worked with us but was never pushy like most car lots. He was very fair with the price of the vehicle and helped us work to where we needed to be in price. He was also very flexible in times for us to come by and test drive on two occasions, as well as took our word that we would take the car with out asking us for a deposit. This is a family run dealership, and there is something to be said about being seen as a person and not just as the next car sold. We met Fayez father and he was very nice as well. We are super happy with our purchase and will highly recommend this dealer ship to all our friends and family!!!

I had been looking for a car for my daughter for a couple weeks. Wanted something with relatively low KM's and that was in good shape without breaking the bank. I found one that looked good and went to see it. This was during the cold snap and when we arrived the car was started and already warmed up with plate on and ready to go. We took it for a test drive and asked a lot of questions, Fouad knew pretty much everything about the car from the history to how the bluetooth worked and other Volkswagen nuances. I started to feel comfortable on the ride as Fouad was very honest and just told things the way they were, there was no salesy spin to his answers. He even took the time to point out the minor flaws in the paint with his flashlight as it was kind of dark and would have been hard to see. I liked not being pressured by a salesman that does not know the product and the honesty and straight forward answers were very much appreciated. When we picked up the car the next day I was asking some questions and at that point they had a Highlander, CRV and Mercedes that they were also selling and they all looked in good shape. Car buying is not fun for me, but thanks Royaly Motors and Fouad for not making this a painful experience. I will be in touch when looking again.
